Fragility & Beverage Protection
Corrugated plastic protection solutions for glass bottles, jars, and beverage containers during storage and transport.

Why Choose Corrugated Plastic?
Glass bottles, jars, and beverage containers are often stacked in layers during storage and transport. When the layer pad becomes dirty, damp, bent, or damaged, the products above and below it may lose stable support. For fragile packaging, this can lead to scratches, broken containers, unstable pallets, and extra handling work.
Traditional cardboard layer pads can work for short-term use, but they may absorb moisture, lose strength, collect dirt, or become difficult to clean after repeated handling. Once damaged, they usually need to be replaced.
With corrugated plastic layer pads, the separation layer is less likely to become the weak point in the pallet. It can be cleaned after use, handles moisture better than cardboard layer pads, and keeps bottles, jars, and beverage containers are more stable during storage and transport.
Layer Pads
Made from recyclable plastic (PP)—100% recyclable—they are safe to use, easy to clean, offer excellent dimensional stability, and are fully environmentally friendly.
Divider Protection
This divider system can be manufactured using conductive (ESD) and flame-retardant materials. Adding a filler cup or rubber pad further enhances organization and prevents part displacement.
A layer of foam can also be applied to the surface to protect products from impact damage during transit. Many configurations use snap-on clips and fasteners to secure partitions and corner pieces, ensuring structural rigidity. Compatible with base plates or boxes.
