Processing & Quality Control
Corona Treatment
The surface is treated with a corona discharge to improve ink adhesion and ensure that the design is clear and long-lasting.
Thermal Die Cutting

Flatness Control
Controlled extrusion, cooling, and calibration help balance skin and flute thicknesses and reduce waviness and warping, producing flat, smooth sheets for printing and further processing.
